Plaque of Achievement
	CEO of the Japan’s Research Institute received a plaque of achievement from President Joseph “Erap” Estrada for his distinguished research on a natural food product, which was used in the treatment of Chernobyl disaster patients and the Russian space aviation research program. Outstanding Humanitarian Award
	Two Russian cosmonauts General Vladmir Ivanov,(extreme right) and Col.
